Legal Question in Employment Law in India

As i was start working of the ISO 9001-2000 certified Pvt LTD in Chennai from 02-june-2012 and i was resigned my job on 25-05-2015 ( after a service of 1060 days), now my employer is not providing any experience nor relieving order to me . What i should do next for this? Kindly advice me...

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the employer is not providing you with the Service Certificate, you have other evidence like the Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and the Salary slips as witness to show that you have worked in the Company for the entire duration. Mention the fact that the employer is refusing to give you your Service Certificate to the new employer. Issue a letter addressed to the Company Managing Director placing this fact on record and that you have submitted and handed over all Company property and records back to the Company, prior to the your leaving the Company.
