i was work in one organization but they fire me by messioning our countactual agreement article 2 it says if the employee responsible to handle organizaion secret un less he/she fired with out warning but they fire me with out explaing the spoiled secret in the terminaion letter by simply write article to is it possible to fire by menssioning that thank you.

You�ve stated that you have been dismissed according to an article stated in you contract of employment which you have agreed to with out any reservation at the beginning. Unfortunately, according to art 27(1) (k), the company reserves the rights to dismiss you with out prior notice. However, the employer still has the duty to provide you with reason for such dismissal, 27(2). However your question is not clear. Do you want to contest your dismissal? Do you want the company to provide you with its reasons so that you could do so? If you feel that, being an innocent party, the employer dismissed you without undue cause, the labor division or the first instance court is available able to hear your complaints (138).
