Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in a company in probation. It is not mentioned what notice I should give to resign. However, it is mentioned that permanent employees have to give 30days notice or 30days notice pay. I want to leave giving notice pay. Can I do so even if the company disagrees?

Dear Sir / Madam,

In keeping with your appointment letter, you can leave the Company paying them the 30 days notice period salary; without any question raised by the Company.
