Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working as a Hindi typist in a govt. office. With intent to harass me My senior transferred me at bangal. I filed a case but court only ordered to join in delhi..and directed to my senior that make committee to decide where should transfer. I am not satisfied with the judgement court. When I went to my office to join but to my shocking surprise my officer did not allow me to join and said I will make your joining only in bangal. He did not follow orders of court..
Kindly advice me what should I do at this stage.

Dear Shakil,

You may file contempt proceedings against your Officer for not obeying Court orders, and plead immediate joining in Delhi therein.
