I have rented flat 2 bed mera phaila agreement 7000 Rs ma tai hoa tha bd ma agreement renew hoa tou mainay 5% increase karky 7350 Rs landlord ko ada kia ab dubara agreement khatm hoga october ma mera sawal yah ha
Kya rent har saal increase karky daina hota ha ur agr han tou kya rent 7000 ky hisab sa hi increase hogana?

agar agreement main likha huwa hai k increment per year hu gee, then it is justified..
