Assalm-o-Alikum
I am tenant & living last 10 years. I want to sale my home, but owner creates following problems
* He is not changing receipt due to pagri system.
* He is demanding high a percentage for changing receipt.
* Landlord saying I need your home.
Please let me know what the landlord can do & what I do for my defence.
