Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear sir,
i have took a shop in august 2003 on 1500 rs. per month rent. now my shop owner is told me that he increasing the rent with 10%. its actually means that every year increase the 10 % rent of starting rent +10%.now i say that you can increase rent in 3 years once but he did not convinced.now he told me that 10% is increasing in every 6 months.
i dont understand that what should i do?
please help me!!!!!

1) Either agree for rent increase or vacate.
2) Entering into avoidable litigation is a long drawn expensive legal battle,
consuming time, money and mental stress. Look before u leap.
