Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan

My husband requested his brother in law to lease a house from bank as he was not ligabl bcoz he worked in UAE. His brother in law did so.we pay him for bank installments through cash nd express money .we had paid him 44 lacs against the house we r living in since 2008.now his brother in law claims that he iz the owner of the house nd he kept us on rent.he went to the court.court ordered a decision in his favour bcoz we had no written agreement.........wht is the solution

your husband can file a case against his brother in law and he can appoint your as your attorney. There's every likelyhood that you will get the decision in your favour.
