Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in France

l have tenant in my french house who has paid for june and july 2014 as she was only staying for short time so no tenancy agreement
To date she is still in occupancy and has not paid any more monies for august and september
when l visit the house next week- can l get her to leave without any legals?
