Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Sir a teacher had taken around 1 acre land from my father Around 20 years ago for opening school and in place of that he had done an agreement in court that he will teaches his children free of cost and give service to family members but he is giving only rs 800 since three years back and he become dictator he tell that no one can do anything to him.
As we are financially weak so we cannot fight case with him because he has lot of money and also case takes lot of time to resolve the disputes.
I had also complained in pmo india but still not got
a reply.
Please suggest some solution so that it can be soved as fast as possible.

1) Based on agreement, since he failed to comply with the T&C,

u an issue eviction notice and take back ur land.

2) Since it is a long drawn legal battle, take the assistance of local

NGOs or some elders help in eviction.
