Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Pakistan

Assalam Alikum, we have some cultivation land at Mianwali and we live at Karachi. The property is in the name of my Father and now he wants to transfer his property to me. He cannot travel so can I use his Power of Attorney to transfer property in my name? JazakALLAH

no you can't because the power of attorney can't be issued in the name of transferee and if your father wants to transfer it on your name by way of power of attorney even then he had to travel to get registered his power of attorney.
