Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters, we have ancestral agricultural and immovable property . My father signed to distribute property amongst all of us. He died in 1990, If there is any provision that property could only be divided among Brothers not sisters as sisters already married and had their own property where they married.if they can really claim for property in name of my father.
