Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

Is it fine to go ahead with a property purchase if only the mutation papers(that too updated very recently) are in the current owners name but the last submitted corporation tax and dalil(papers) are in the previous owner's name.

You should obtain the last original sale deed showing their title.
