Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
Hi) I am a 23 years old guy .I just want to know if my father aaq me and dont give me my share in his wealth and property during his lifetime later can i challenged my share of property/wealth even if it,s already being transferred in the name of my other brothers,sisters etc ?
Also according to the pakistani law can i challenge my property share if my father is alive or it,s only possible after his death ?

dear u r not legally entitled to claim any share in life time of ur father and ur father is authorised to transfer his all properties to any other ur brothers and sisters without u.
if any property left after his death then u will be entitled to get ur sahre and legal heir.
