Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I bought a house in Delhi and the power of attorney was made in my father's name. He had executed a will in my name which was not registered at that time. Actually, I was living with my parents and trusted them that they will not do anything wrong in future. Later on I build two more floors on the same house.

Now some circumstances have been changed. My father now is willing to give one portion of the house to my brother. When I came to know this, I made another will in my name and registered it also in the office of the registrar.

My question is that can my father again change the will and give something to his son without my consent. Can I challenge him in the court if does it.

will does not confer ownerhship rights and the same can be changed by the executor anytime before his death.
