Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Dear! I have booked a plot in E-16 in November, 2011 and paid one month installment but after then I came to know that the CDA has cancelled NOC of the Society due to Plan which is not approved by CDA and I stopped payment. The Plan of Society is still not approved by CDA but constructions are going on there in the area. Last month I called to the office of Society and ask about my plot, they said that your booking has been cancelled but I could not get any cancellation letter. My question is that the society whose NOC has been cancelled by CDA can cancelled my booking and secondly can I claim my plot at this stage for which I have paid only one installment?

You can claim your plot even on single installment.. If CDA cancels the alotment, your right is still alive. Please share the record you have at [email protected] for proper consultation..

matter between cda and the society is of regulatory.. you can claim the plot from the society if u did not receive notices from the society... forum is registrar of the societies.

Dear dont waste your time as its depends on terms and conditions between you and society.

So first go through the agreement and application form of society. Then decide .

Otherwise its fruitless exercise.
