Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

My Mother, Aged 85, Has A Plot With A Constructed House Which Was A Gift Given By Her Father. I, Being A Younger Sister Out Of 4 (2 Elder Brothers And A Elder Sister) Do I Have Any Legal Right In My Mother's Property As My Father And My Elder Brother Has Been Expired.

If I Have A Right? Under Which Sections Or Law Can I Demand The Share??

Note: I'm A Married Hindu Girl In Year 1982 And I Have 2 Children (A Boy And A Girl)

Sir, Please Suggest Me As Soon As Possible As My Bother And Sister Is Planing To Own The Concerned Property Without My Will.

Dear Madam,

Since the title of the house vests in your mother, she is the sole authority to decide the manner in which and in whose name the title of the house will be transferred during her lifetime or after her. Your mother does not require your consent for her actions.
