Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

dear sir,

I have booked a flat at Noida from a reputed builder. I didn't avail any home loan. I am paying all from my own savings. i have buyer builder agreement from the builder regarding the flat . the project is half completed. in this case I would like to ask some legal documents from the builder to be in safe side in case things will go wrong. the project will take some 18 months to be completed.

so kindly advice what are the legal documents I should ask for my self reference/self keeping and advance in legal course if builder will not deliver as promised. even I don't have any document from the builder for the authentication of the land/ flat.

I am a first time buyer of property.

so kindly advice.

thanks in advance.
