my father and mom both have died and the house where we stay is on my fathers name i have 3 sisters and i am the lone son my sisters are already married and well settled and are ready to transfer the house in my name. what is the procedure please help. we stay in Kalyan. dist-thane, Maharashtra, India

your sisters can Registration a Release Deed at local Sub-Registrar office about this property and write in this deed that they wave their all rights, part from this property and transfer our all rights, part etc.. in favour of our brother. And in future we can not take any action, claim, case for that.
