Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

there is a house property in which my father and my uncle had equal share from 12 years.after the distribution my uncle has given the power of attorney to my brother .my brother has trasferred that power of attourney to my brother.after 3 years my father expired and the property came under my mother.now my uncle is creating a problem for taking his share and we want to sale this property.i want to know that . Is it possible to sale this property without any problems in future?

Your mother and your uncle can jointly sign the Sale Deed without any problems in future.
