Hi, I am planning to buy farming land in my village(Tamil Nadu). The land owners are father, son & daughter. Daughter resides in Canada. Can daughter give Power of attorney to father & son to sell the property, so that they can sell it to me?. If so please advice what is the procedure to get it done

Dear Sir / Madam,

The daughter can execute a POA in her father's favour before the High commission in the U.S. and then the father can execute the sale deed in your favour. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
