Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a property under my elder uncle names and my father passed away.my father have 3 brother and all are seprated, my mother want to sell my property but my uncle not give the property paper he says that he is the owner and he only can sell and my mother is only gawah. problem is that my all parental property is under his name ,then how can my mother sell the property.

Please check the ROR there shall be Etc. along your uncles name as you say it is an ancestral property.get the ROR separated and sell your portion.
