Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We had purchased a plot of land owned by five family which is owned by them by virtue of inheritance . At the time of purchase one family's name was not in the govt registered. After receiving sale permission from Circle Office they include their name in the govt registers. More over the plot of land was enjoyed by some other occupants over 50 years and we have to pay them for vacate their occupancy. The family who registered their name in the govt registers later have taken initial advance amount from us against receipt. We have already paid up all the contact amount and registration and mutation has been completed.
Now the family who had included their name in the govt registers put a complaint at circle office that they are not selling their plot which they are enjoying now and barred us from taking the position. Circle Office passed an order that the buyer may construct necessary construction in their land as described in the sale deed and the let the complainer to enjoy their part as it is. If they the parties feel the judgement is not to their satisfaction, may go for a civil suit. And this order was passed on 21..1.2015.
Now our query is that , is there any time limit to file a civil suit against this verdict.

The complete court cases papers and other related documents are required to be examined. You can challenge the order and can also file suit for possession depending on merit of the case. Consult a lawyer with details. Siddharth 9811776422
