sir , my grandfather died without will left behind two sons & one daughter , one son & daughter gave registered relinquishment deed in favoure of one brother ( my father ) in 1985 . now children of my uncle & aunt claim that they have right in property . I want to know children claim their right if their parant had made registered relinquishment deed

No. But the deed has to be examined. Age of the children, whether the children have interest required. Is ur brother alive?
