Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir, we have a land, we made registered agreement with my relation, after that we knew that it was very cost then we sold. My father was expired, me, my mother and sister was signed on registred agreement. My relation went to court and filed case at court, sir we dont want to sold it to him, is there any possiblity with out running the case at court long time. we are ready to pay penality also to the court.

Please told me the way. because that only land is the future to us.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should plead before the Judge in the Court that you were not in the right frame of mind when you sold the land which belonged to your late father and leave it to the Judge to decide the case.
