i have one new house purchaesed recently (but no patta) kootu patta only

also hdfc home loan availed for this property

how to possible this?

any problem facing in future?

how to get the patta?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should approach the Tehsildar / District Registrar to complete the prevailing procedure for transfer of the kootu patta in your name.
