hello sir

i wanted to sell my property and a person has paid advance of Rs.250000/- and made an sale agreement without registering it in register office with me stating what he will be registering the property within 3 months and my agreement was made on 27.01.14 and know it has already finished 3 months but he still not registered . but now i am not able to sell the same property to that person and i want to keep the same with me what can i do to cancel the agreement

in your agreement there will be a forfeiture clause. you can take advantage of the same and serve a legal notice on the person. for further query contact 9312411481.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the prospective buyer has failed to pay you and settle the entire agreed purchase consideration within the time prescribed time limit specified in the Agreement, you are legally entitled to rescind the contract and serve a notice of cancellation of the Agreement to the prospective buyer.
