Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir/Madam,

Gift deed is executed and registered with 2 witness in the Sub-registered office. Gift Deed is executed from Father to Son. Now due to bad friend circle Father has got married for the second time. Since my mom has already expired. Does the Second wife has any authority over the Gifted property. Loan is paid by son on monthly installments. Please advise.
