Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we are a tenant of the building, and the landlord has approached us for redevelopment and has agreed to give the similar area on ownership basis to which we are agreeable. now the landlord wants to have that agreed in writing between tenants and the landlord what would be the format of the MOU. we know that there were many other terms but as per LL this being the main wants to hvae it in writing so that he can discuss firther with the builder/developer. pls adv.

You cannot have a standard format, as one needs to check the specifics of each arrangement and arrive at the clauses. The way one medicine cannot be prescribed fro all kinds of headaches the same way - even for redevelopment one does not and cannot have a standardized from of an agreement.
