Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Myself with my wife and daughter are living together with my parents in the house which is in my mother's name and was built 20 yrs ago. Now, my mother wants me to vacate the house with my wife and daughter, as she wants to sell it. Do I have no rights to stay in this house?
