Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

in continuation to my first question i e

1) We are three sisters no brother after my father�s death my mother has written a will on stamp paper, but not registered. After that my eldest sister died of cancer my second elder sister kept my mother with her in her house and made a gift letter by force to gift my mother's only flat in her name and registered it before two years of death of mother. Whereas my mother stated in a will to distribute all property equally among three. flat was registered on my mother�s name what are the legal remedies with me to acquire the property

My second question is

the first will is signed by two witnesses and not by three sisters, the second will is also signed by two witnesses and not by sisters.how can I challenge the second will and on what basis. it is clear that my sister made the will under undue influence as she kept major share around rs 35 lacs worth property and left Rs 2lacs .She also kept all the household item and the share of my gold ornament under her possession not with the lawyer can she become the custodian of my share.should I take the share of me if I want to challenge the

new will.
