Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

the delhi court has asked for surety for a property worth 2 cr. noone in my family owns property in delhi. q.1. can my friends be surety on basis of their job not property. q.2 can there be two sureties. q.3. can the court cancel the condition of surety as m an old widow, no kids, not many relatives left..?
