Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

How and where do I determine whether or not my mother made and left a will. I do not know that she made one, so how can I find out if she did?

1 Search for any Wills/Applications for the estate of the deceased at the Probate Section of the High Court of Justice

2 If you suspect anyone has a Will, a request to produce same can be made. They are required to produce the Will or the Will will not be admitted to probate unless ordered by the Courts.
