respected sir,my father in law made a registered will but due to technicall mistake the beneficiarry witmess in it is my hubby (1Of the witness) so is the will invalid,will we face any problems.i m hindu,brahmin koknastha

Dear Madam,

A beneficiary cannot be a witness to a Will since it be challenged at the time of Probate.
