Legal Question in Disability Law in Alabama

Is this discrimination disability or workers comp.?

I'm a boilermaker.March 29 2002 I was fired from williams power constructors at miller's steam plant in B'ham. On this job Clinton Stokes the superintendant made disparaging remarks about me .He theaten to fire me if I got hurt (have witess's)Whie working I bumped my elbow and had to report it to nurse.2 days later Clinton said I told you not to get hurt. That day I had a gout attack +went home.went to doc's next day was out for 2 w/docs excuse and was fired for excessive absentism. Now I only missed 2 days that weren't excused I missed 18 other days due to rain outs or given vaction inbetween units.Do I have a case and which grounds?By the way 2 years ago they fired me for being fat and during 3/28 dr. visit I started thyroid meds.
