Grand jury addresses and names

please let me know how to go about getting a list of a grand jury held with the name and address of at least the fore person.... i have the name of the fore person, but two people i have contacted, with the exact name, have not served on the grand jury. Due to the nature of criminal activity going on in this state, I highly question that even a grand jury took place. 11th circuit of appeals in atlanta has granted a certificate of appealability on defective indictment, and i want to know if i can find out this information WITHOUT having to request the 11th circuit for it. thank u

Unfortunately, you aren't going to be able to do that through legal channels. Your only chance is to happen upon someone who served. Grand Jury proceedings are secret. There is a lot of debate about the grand jury system in general, including the secrecy.
