Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
truck lease scam
Is there any recourse for a person who was told he was leasing a truck for the past three years and repeatedly attempted to get something in writing from his employer only to lose the truck after three years because they quit making the payments on the truck. I have all settlement sheets showing deductions for truck payments. I also have their original lease that states they could not sublease the truck.
