I don't want a divorce. What can I do after my spouse files to stop it? Can I ask for counseling?

If your spouse is set on getting a divorce, you won't be able to stop it. You can delay it, by answering the complaint and conducting discovery. However, ultimately you will be divorced through the trial process. |
