Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

Unfair Termination

I was fired for not calling in to let them know that i would not be into work the next day. But I had (which now I have the note that was left in the office)called in the night before. I had never been written up for missing work at any time. They called me at home the day I missed and informed me that I was fired. Which previously I (along with another co-worker)started action against this person for stealing, and I was the only one fired. I am not of the same race as the other two. Is there any legal action I can take?

Re: Unfair Termination

There are some details of your fact scenario that I would need to know before being able to give you an idea of whether or not you are entitled to sue them. However, their actions do raise some serious suspicions and I would be happy to discuss this case with you. Please give me a call at 205-458-1100 (ask for Sterling DeRamus).

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
