Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

I work at Oreilly Auto Parts. Have been there since July of last year. My boss just called me today on my day off, he asked me "Do you know anything about some spark plugs that were sold yesterday?" I said " I don't remember, let me think....." in mid-sentence he stopped me and said " You know what, I'm tired of your s****, I'm going to fire you sooner or later. I'm going to write you up for anything you do, sooner or later I will fire you. You are a god d*** idiot."

I have reported this to HR already, said they would talk to the District Manager about this. Is there something legal I would be able to do about this?

You would need to be able to prove that your Manager is or has harassed you. It would be wise to document your reports made to HR and their follow up's to you along with dates/ times and verbatim comments made. If you have witnesses it would be important to get them to write a statement about any irregular behavior they have seen. If you would like to discuss the details of your situation please feel free to contact me for a free consultation at 334-787-9119
