Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama

I rent my mobile home and land for $100.00 a month. There has been no written aggreement for the rent or any work she had done on the trailer. It was all verbal. Do I have to tell her I am selling it before I actually do sell it? She is already planning on moving in a few weeks.

You should terminate the lease with a written notice. You have entered into a month to month agreement to lease the property for $100 per month. You should give her a written notice that the lease is terminated. She then has a month to get out. She has to pay for all of the time she is on the premises.
