Security Deposit Reimbursment

What steps do I take when the Property Managemant for whom I rented a house; will not return my security deposit and will not give me anything in writing as to the reasons why (a break-down of the amount of deposit and deductions from that amount stateing I get nothing)? My intentions are to file 'Small Claims Court' to get satisfaction.

Good plan. You may be eligible for treble (triple) damages due to a violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Have your proof ready and best of luck.
