Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Alabama

Prescribing Drugs without being seen

Is there a law that protects children from being treated, medications given, without ever being seen by the Doctor? From infant age up? My daughter-in-law insists on my granchildren being treated medically this fashion. We,the family, have offered to take the children in ourselves and she won't allow it! However, she does go to the Dr. for her own needs...

Re: Prescribing Drugs without being seen
