Did you get the name of the individual who explained that the umbrella is too tall for the table? You can make a claim against them for damages. If you would like to discuss, please give me a call at (888) 295-7409.

Re: Injury at a resterant

At this point, you should not attempt to settle anything with the owner/insuror of the location where you were injured. It is too early to know what your injuries truly are, and you should continue to seek medical treatment until the problem is completely resolved. There are some important issues regarding the way the injury happened, evidence of the accident, and the store's internal knowledge of the accident which could have a significant impact on your ability to recover for your losses. There are important things you should also be thinking of regarding the proof of how your injury occurred. Because of those issues, you should consult with an attorney now about the facts in more detail. You should be able to find out if your case has merit from discussing it with an experienced attorney. If you have questions, feel free to call or email me as shown below.

You need to retain an attorney to help you on this case. I would recommend you retain an attorney in AL because if you are not able to settle the case and suit has to be filed you will need an AL attorney.
