Re: Need legal advice

Several questions would need to be answered first. Where is the school located? Is it a public or private school? Who runs the bus? Is it a private company or does the school manage it? What is your child's disability? Is there a protocol for the operators of the bus? In order to get the medical bills paid, you would need to contact the appropriate person in charge of the bus personnel and discuss the situation with that person. In order to file a lawsuit, you either need to try to file it yourself by going to the county clerk's office, or you need to employ an attorney. Obviously, I recommend you employ an attorney rather than attempting to handle the matter yourself. If you would like to discuss any of these issues with me, please give me a call at (205) 254-3927.

Re: Need legal advice

First of all I am sorry for your child's injury. A school bus driver should never act in that manner! There are several important areas of your case that should be discussed with an attorney. If you like, contact my office at your convenience. There is no charge for this consultation. My number is 205 - 322 - 3747. Thank you and God Bless.
