Legaal Rights to property

I am married, but have been separated for 2 years. I am trying to sell property I owned prior to marriage. The property was paid for before we married and he made no payments on it. Is he entitled to any of the money and does he have to sign anything in order for me to sell the property? When we separated, he got the contents of the house.

If you are still married you are going to have to deal with him to be able to give clear title to the property. I suggest you consult with an attorney in your area as soon as possible.
