Only Living Heir
My mother and father are both deceased. My fathers brother is the personal rep. of his will. I am the only living heir. What are mt rights to the Life Ins. that my father had on him and my mother.

Life insurance normally passes outside the will by way of the beneficiary designation in the policy itself. If you were named in the policy as beneficiary, you should receive the policy benefits. Your uncle has no say-so in the matter.
