Can I file a motion to dismiss a case in which the defense attorney disclosed to the prosecutor written communication between client and attorney that indicates a defense strategy?

Probably not. What did the prosecutor for which the State's case should be dismissed? And did this communication significantly hamper your abiity to defend the case? These are a few questions which would have to be answered.
