Legal Question in Employment Law in Alaska

I found out last week that my supervisor was taking my photo at work without my knowledge. She said she took the photo while I was sitting at my desk without anything in front of my so she could prove i was not working. This photo was taken on her personal iphone. is that legal?

Yes. I am afraid there is no law that would prevent her from doing that.
