Can a car dealership take back a vehicle after accepting some payment and after six weeks of the signed contract?

The car dealership can repurchase the car if they want to do so. It is doubtful that they would do so. You have not stated any reason why they should take the car back. Since you are making payments, the lender must be paid off before you can transfer title to the dealership or anyone else.
